Under usual circumstances, we do not provide a refund or replacement for orders already in-transit or delivered.

Once a request for refund is raised either by customer for any reason, we will investigate the same and upon approval, process all refunds within 5-7 working days and deposit into the customer’s account.

Orders once placed on our website cannot be cancelled.
